Who we are
Custom Maritime Service was founded in 2025 by a maritime professional with years of experience as a Chief Officer on a suction hopper dredger. From this background, we understand the operational pressures, safety challenges, audits, and communication between shore and ship. We know exactly what is needed to keep a fleet running safely and smoothly.
Since our founding, we have helped various shipping companies with:
- Implementing digital SMS systems
- Achieving certification
- Improving safety culture and operational processes
- Strengthening QHSE structures on board and ashore
Our team
Our team consists of an experienced maritime professional with various backgrounds, including:
- Officer
- Superintendent
- HSEQ specialist
- Internal Auditor for ISM, ISPS, and MLC
